When should I expect my order? TOP
As most all of our products are made to order, please allow one to two weeks for you packages to arrive. The only expection is during the busy seasons of Easter & Fall/Christmas. If any order will be longer than 2 weeks, I will post the shipping time on the home page. If you need your order rushed, please email so we can arrange accomadations for you. There will be an additional charge for rush orders. WHOLESALE ORDERS: Depending on the size of the order, please allow three to four weeks for shipping. I live in the OKC area, do I have to pay shipping? TOP
If you live in the OKC/Edmond Arrow area, please enter "LOCAL" in the discount voucher box when ordering. Shipping will be automatically deducted from the total. When your bows are ready, you will be contacted and a drop off location in OKC/Edmond will be discussed. How big are the Over-The-Top bows? TOP
Our approximate measurments are as follows:
Small OTT- 3 1/2 inches - 4 inches.
Toddler OTT- 4 inches
Large OTT- 4 1/2 inches - 5 inches. Can I get priority shipping? TOP
If your shipping cost is $0-$4.99, it will be sent as a first class, 2-5 business days. Anything over $5.00 is sent priority, 2-3 business days. If your purchase exceeds $175.00, your shipping is FREE!! |
